Recently, the Data Compliance and Trustworthiness Joint Innovation Laboratory jointly initiated by Daxin China has been officially launched. Vice Director Wu Zhigang of China Software Evaluation Center presided over the launch ceremony and released the "Data Compliance and Trustworthy Knowledge Graph".
The "Data Compliance and Credible Joint Innovation Laboratory" was proposed by the Joint Committee on Data Governance and Innovation Cooperation of the China Electronic Information Industry Federation. It was jointly launched by 14 units, including the China Software Evaluation Center, the Research Institute of China United Network Communications Co., Ltd., the National Key Laboratory of Data Space Technology and Systems, the National Engineering Research Center of Big Data Application Technology to Improve Government Governance, and Daxin China. Nearly 50 representatives from the joint sponsor and the first batch of participating units attended the launch ceremony.
The Data Compliance and Trustworthiness Joint Innovation Laboratory is a component of the "2049 Data Compliance and Trustworthiness Plan" released in 2023.
The laboratory is built from four aspects: basic research and development, platform construction, brand building, and ecological construction. By integrating relevant resources such as law, technology, management, consulting, and evaluation, the laboratory constructs a data compliance and trustworthiness system around the entire life cycle of data elements, achieving the integration of data value mining and data compliance management.
Starting from typical data application scenarios in important fields such as government, finance, transportation, and healthcare, the laboratory promotes the realization of data value through a data compliance and trustworthiness system, supports the development of the data industry through a data ecosystem, and provides comprehensive data compliance and trustworthiness service support for regulatory, operational, and application entities in the digital economy.
In the future, the Data Compliance and Trustworthiness Joint Innovation Laboratory will adhere to the concept of "problem oriented, scenario driven, integrated innovation, and win-win cooperation", and work together with various forces such as government, industry, academia, research, and application to build a data compliance and trustworthiness evaluation system, promote the realization of the value of data element resources, and support the rapid and healthy development of the digital economy.
At the meeting, a "Data Compliance Trusted Knowledge Graph" was also released. This knowledge graph is the first achievement of the laboratory in basic research, gathering content on data compliance, data governance, data security, and other aspects.
Following the overall idea of "new elements, new requirements, new concepts, and new development", it has been sorted out around dimensions such as strategic planning, organizational system, compliance management, data governance, and security protection, forming a comprehensive data compliance and trustworthy knowledge system framework, providing a basis and guidance for the construction of a comprehensive data compliance and trustworthy service system in the future.
